With links to over 300 industry leaders and organisations, the Bridge partnership is committed to closing the gap between education and industry to help employers thrive in today’s fast-paced business environment. Our focus is on Green and Digital skills to future-proof the workforce.
Employers are central to this process. We strive to meet their skills needs by involving them in the co-design, development, and delivery of relevant and up-to-date courses. Their input also informs the upskilling of our teaching staff so we can prepare and equip our learners for successful employment.
The Bridge Employer Advisory Group is a Central London Skills Partnership representing education, training and third sector providers across Central London. It is supported by Greater London Authority Business Partnership and Central London Forward.
Our aim is to provide employers with direct access to education and skills providers to support workforce pipelines, relevant skills supply chains and future skills building initiatives.
Through our skills-related work, employers can get directly involved in curriculum development, work experience, industry placements and have easier access to their future workforce.
The Bridge Employer Group is particularly keen to engage with employers across the …
- Digital
- Green Construction and
- Creative
… sectors to ensure local skills development supports the Central London economy and growth plans.
