Employers
With links to over 300 industry leaders and organisations, the Bridge partnership is committed to closing the gap between education and industry to help employers thrive in today’s fast-paced business environment. Our focus is on green and digital skills to future-proof the workforce and contribute to the growth of our economy.
Employers are central to this process. Their input also informs the upskilling of our teaching staff so we can prepare and equip our learners with the practical skills and knowledge for successful employment. Incorporating the initiatives of the London Growth Plan to drive sustainable and inclusive economic growth, there has never been a better time for businesses to engage in the skills agenda to help design a curriculum that meets the evolving needs of industry.

“London has a dynamic economy. However, too many businesses struggle to access the skilled workers they need, and far too many residents don’t have the skills they need to access opportunities. By working closely with employers, the Bridge Skills Partnership will be able to offer innovative and relevant training opportunities that meet employer needs, and provide a pathway into good jobs in growth sectors.”
